About the Role
We are seeking highly motivated and analytical Industrial Engineering professionals to join our Operations team. This opportunity is ideal for recent Master's graduates and early-career professionals who are passionate about process improvement, operational excellence and business operations.
The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify operational efficiencies, improve workflows, analyze performance metrics, and support strategic business initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze operational processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and implement process optimization initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to support decision-making.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare performance reports.
- Collaborate with operations, logistics, supply chain, and management teams.
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of Supply Chain Management and Operations Management is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
